The pricing of our services depends on the complexity of the design or the issue we are dealing with. The more information you can provide us with the better we can identify what services you will require and give you the best possible price.
As a general ball park estimate, the pricing* is as follows:
STRUCTURAL DESIGN (Calculations & Drawings):
Loft Conversions: From £950 (typically £950 – £1,500)
Rear & Side Extensions: From £1,000 (typically £1,000 – £2,000)
Internal Wall Removal: From £800 (typically £800 – £1,200)
Chimney Breast Removal: From £650

Specific Structural Survey (to assess specific structural problems such as subsidence): From £800
General Structural Survey (to offer a general overview on the structural condition of the property): From £600

Serving initial party wall notices: from £150 (allow for 2 sets of notices, subsequent ones charged at £50 per notice)
Pary Wall Award: from £1,000 (per award)

30 mins home owner’s consultation (online): £50
60 mins home owner’s consultation (in person at your property): £250
