Quite often the loft space is left and forgotten about, or simply used as a storage space. However, with a little bit of imagination, most loft spaces can be converted into an habitable space, thus creating more usable space and adding value to your property.
Our engineers have experience with all sorts of loft conversions. We will typically come to visit your property to identify the type of existing roof structure and take some measurements. We will then talk you through the likely options and discuss your requirements.
Once we are back in our office, we will come up with design solutions that work with your architect’s layouts and also provide drawings/sketches that will enable your builder to price for the works.
Once the concept is approved by all parties we will produce drawings and calculations for you to submit to your local authority and get the Building Regulations Part A Approval.
